Peggy Yurcho

Bio

Peggy graduated from Williamsport Area Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene and began her career in the Harrisburg area. In 1990 she moved to Doylestown where she continued her Hygiene career and became active in her professional organizations. Peggy is a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists' Association, Southeast Component of the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists' Association and the Pennsylvania Academy of Dental Hygiene Studies.

Throughout the years, Peggy has held varying organizational positions. Most notably she was President of the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists’ Association from 2003-2004. She has served on the Board of Trustees of the PDHA since 1995 and was Treasurer/Corporate Secretary from 2006-2009. She also held positions of President and Treasurer of the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Hygienists' Association. Peggy is currently on the Advisory Board of the Dental Hygiene program at Montgomery County Community College.

With over 30 years of experience, Peggy is very passionate about her profession. In 2010 she was promoted to Office Manager, but you can still find her filling in the dental hygiene department when needed.

Peggy resides in Pipersville, with her husband John. Their son Nicholas is a student at Penn State. In her spare time, Peggy and her family enjoy attending Penn State sporting events from Football to hockey.
